JACK CONSTRUCTIONS started its humble beginning during the year 1995 as a Civil Engineering Consultancy Firm; under the Proprietorship of Smt Jacquilin Vincent which aims in specialized works for consultancy such as Optimization of Engineering Design and making profitability to Contractors as well as end Users. JACK CONSTRUCTIONS in the year 1995 had played Important Role as Consultant for the Construction of LOUIS CATHOLIC HOSTEL BLOCK near Jubilee Hospital Meads Lane Palayam, which was constructed by the Contractor Thiruvath Builders (Now Heather Constructions & Builders). We have immense experience in mentoring and up scaling many contracting firms from year 1995 onwards in TV City and suburbs. Jack Constructions was in the background for growth of many contracting firm and still helping fellow builders and developers with the immense expertise of JACK CONSTRUCTIONS in Civil Construction field.

In the Year 2014 JACK CONSTRUCTIONS was reconstituted into JACK CONSTRUCTIONS Partnership firm under the able leadership of Sri B. Vincent(Rtd Dy.Chief Engineer, KERALA PWD & Former Chief Engineer TRIDA , Trivandrum Development Authority), He had completed his B.Sc Civil Engineering from CET (College of Engineering, Trivandrum) and MBA from CET. He also took M.Tech Building Technology from IIT Madras. The expert board was formulated under the leadership of Er. B.Vincent with Er Jack Ben Vincent & Er Jackson Vincent as partners of JACK CONSTRUCTIONS.

Er Jack Ben Vincent is a Chartered Engineer and Approved Valuer, who has immense expertise in high rise buildings in Kerala as well as in Middle East Countries. Er Jack Ben Vincent is an expert in Bridge Construction using Prestressing way of construction. He is also experience in  BM&BC World-class road projects. Er Jack Ben Vincent is also an MBA Operations and Marketing Post Graduate from IMK Palayam campus, University of Kerala and B.Tech Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engineering Kollam. He is Member of various Service Organizations as President and Chairman.

Er Jackson Vincent is a Civil Engineer with M.Tech in Structural Engineering from Kerala University, who has Immense Knowledge and Expertise in Designing Optimal Structures in cost effective manner. He is a passionate young fellow who is very keen in innovating and adapting BIM (Building Information Modeling) to Construction Industry. He is also a researcher in Modern Construction Practices and marked his presence in Construction Industry in TVM Capital City.

The Year 2013-14 experienced a major setback in Construction Industry in TVM City. There experienced scarcity of Professional Contractors in Building Construction Industry in the region. All the well performed Building Contractors were upgraded to BUILDERS and DEVELOPERS. Then emerged MASON CENTERED Contractors Entering in the field, highlighting lesser unit cost of construction (square Feet Rate competition put first for market penetration); without giving consideration to Specification, Qualities and Adherence to Indian standards (IS STDs). JACK CONSTRUCTIONS entered into the Field and FILLED THE GAP, as a PROFESSIONAL EPC CONTRACTOR, (Engineering Procurement and Construction Contractor) JACK CONSTRUCTIONS help the owners for their Building Constructions on a TURN KEY BASIS.

On the Day one of entrusting the Construction to JACK CONSTRUCTIONS; obtaining Trivandrum Corporation Building License became the duty of JACK CONSTUCTIONS . Er. Jack Ben Vincent who has immense expertise in Kerala Municipal Building Rules, helps the owner for getting (a) Airport NOC, (b) Pollution Control Board Clearance, (c) Fire NOC, (d) Electrical Inspiration Clearance as well as KSEB Power Construction (e) Water Supply and Drainage Connections from KWA (f) PWD Road Cutting Permissions and many more from Different Departments as and when needed.

Demonetization in the Country in 2016 and Adoption of GST in 2017 saw a major reformation in contracting scenario in TVM District. Many of the unregistered contracting firms formed difficult to continue their Construction activities. The relevance and dominance of JACK CONSTRUCTIONS only increased in the year 2016 as well as on 2017 as it is ALWAYS TAX & RULES COMPLIANCE CONSTRUCTION FIRM.

JACK CONSTRUCTIONS as well as Jack Ben Vincent is always with the Owner/Client on behalf of the Owner for Completion Plan Approval from TVM Corporation and getting T.C Numbers. JACK CONSTRUCTIONS always build an ASSET to the Owner/Cleint with value Addition in Quality and Future user Friendly BUILDING. We advice the future Building Construction Owner- Never make your Construction Dream as a LIABILITY by entrusting a MASON CENTERED CONTRACTOR, initially entering with cheaper Square Feet rate of Construction; and later ending up with so many extras and burdens.

Jack Constructions also played a vital role as a Professional Arbitrator, the process in which a professional person engages in solving disputes between a contractor and client in the event of disputes arises/ conflicts of interest. This usually happens when client’s stress is more on price point; and contractor who engaged the work cannot fulfill the specification he agreed before the work and also not meeting client’s expectation later. Jack Constructions under the Leadership of Er. B. Vincent and Er Jack Ben Vincent will solve the disputes amicably between clients and contractors and with their qualification Approved as Arbitrator and Approved Valuer will settle the disputes; which will be a win-win situation to both the parties. This major intervention helps Jack Constructions to be part of KIIFB (Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board) GoK; KIIFB is engaging Professional Arbitrator right from the starting of projects so that the Arbitrator can foresee/ identify the future disputes and solve them even before the actual disputes arises. All these activities enabled Jack Constructions to be the pioneer in the field of construction.

On July 2020, When full world was confused and stuck with COVID-19 PANDEMIC, JACK CONSTRUCTIONS which always believes in innovation, decided to rethink the business strategy and think of growing beyond from geographical boundaries and registered to be a Private Limited Company with Major share holdings with Er. B. Vincent, Er Jack Ben Vincent & Er Jackson Vincent. Our expertise needs to be expanded to further boundaries and decided many more expert engineers to join our company and we will be providing world class consultancy and Engineering practices.

In Year 2016 M/s JACK IMPORTS EXPORTS INTERNATIONAL was formed to cater the need of global sourcing of construction materials. Clients has the opportunity to source materials from Vietnam, Bali, Hong Kong or any other international locations and we will be assisting right from finding/sourcing good quality product in a better deal. As an Import Export Licensee We import materials for our clients with customs clearing and GST billing. Once Vizhinjam Port is functional we will be able to deliver products with minimum shipping time from various destinations of the world
